Can it really be third trimester already? Next Monday evening, April 14th, we will have our Trimester 3 History/Literature Parent Training, which will be chock full of resources and information, and will help you understand where we are going in history and literature for the rest of the school year. We strongly encourage you to attend!
In the meantime, here are a few supplemental links that you can bookmark and keep handy. This is only a fraction of what’s available online about Ancient Rome, and these online resources and activities should be used at your own discretion. Be careful about searching for videos or websites on Ancient Rome, as it’s easy to find inappropriate content. The following suggestions are completely optional, but all relate our history and literature:

- Teacher Guide to The Bronze Bow by Elizabeth George Speare – The Center For Literary Education (Adam Andrews) has a free sample of one of their teacher guides available on their website, and it just so happens to be for The Bronze Bow. While this pdf is not necessary to have in order to discuss the book with your kids, it’s full of information and you might enjoy checking it out.
