It’s late in the school year and it’s often too easy to slide away from typical routines, isn’t it? Let us encourage you to continue the Free by 5:00 tradition by making some time over the weekend to connect and be with family apart from distracting devices and electronics.
The days are longer, the weather is warming, and evenings might be the best time to gather with loved ones. Go for a walk, play games on the lawn, or sit around a fire pit and roast marshmallows. Keep it simple, but keep up the habit.
Here are a few local happenings for the coming weekend. Click on the links for more information:
- SLOCA's Athletes Celebration! TONIGHT at 6:30pm in the MPR.
- Marianne Talley Memorial Fun Run – Sunday, June 5th. It’s not too late to enter!

- 13th Annual Olive Festival – Saturday, June 4th, 10am – 5pm at Paso Robles Downtown City Park.
