Live theater is enriching, entertaining, and an enjoyable way to get E&E hours during the school year. And it’s even better to go as a group! Today we want to pass along an opportunity you might want to take advantage of: Early Bird Specials for California Theatre Center’s 2016-2017 Young Audience Touring Season in Arroyo Grande, Lompoc, and San Luis Obispo.
Next year’s shows include The Frog Prince, The Elves and the Shoemaker, Rudyard Kipling’s Just So Stories, and Robinson Crusoe. These productions, geared primarily toward K-5th grade (Robinson Crusoe is 3rd grade and up), make wonderful field trips. Discounted theater tickets can be purchased now through July 22.

These shows are for homeschooling families, so when you order tickets either sign up under your own homeschool name, or get a group together, choose a coordinator, and get a block of tickets together. Several SLOCA families have attended these shows in past years and recommend them! Order tickets now to save money, then enjoy live theater during the school year.
