It’s Columbus Day! For today’s Monday Mix-Ins, along with our weekly supplemental resources, we have added a few options highlighting Christopher Columbus. There is an abundance of material online about this famous historical figure but we’ve chosen a few for you below.
For our supplemental resources, we have included the links for Charlemagne, the Holy Roman Empire, and the Carolingian Renaissance as well as its collapse. In addition, we found some links about Saint George and the Dragon that you might find helpful as well. Furthermore, for Science and Art installments, we found videos on topics our students are studying in class with topics on rain, humidity, weather fronts and on how to make green and purple. Last but not least, we included a lyrical video of the fun song our music students will be exploring with Ms. Perry this week.
Take a scroll below and join us as we dive into our 7th week!
