Happy Monday everyone! This week brings us to the culmination of our Viking unit. Our students have really enjoyed learning about the Viking’s extraordinary way of life, not to mention the entertaining alliterations and similes in the rich literature we read over the last few weeks.
In class, we will finish off the Norse Myths with the Death of Balder and the Last Battle. At home, some of our students are studying for History finals, some are finishing up their projects and timelines, while others are getting excited for our Science Fair in Trimester 2. Wherever your students are in their particular levels, it will, no doubt, be a wonderfully rich week as we conclude our first trimester.
Before we bring you our mix-ins, we wanted to remind everyone that we have Veteran’s Day resources available for our current families and you can find it in your parent portal under Holiday Resources.
Now onto our resource and video links which include materials related to music, Latin and Science. Let’s get started…
