We did it! Congratulations to all our parents, students, teachers and staff for finishing a super year! Parents, thank you for being in the arena with your kids this year, and leaning into this amazing journey. We love our community and are so thankful for all you’ve done both at home and at school to make this year incredible. Enjoy your well-deserved summer break!
Down Home will be taking the next two weeks off, but will return June 30th with three days of content each week throughout the rest of the summer, focusing on the past, present, and future! We do like to travel through time here at SLOCA, after all. Here’s the plan for our summer blog:
Mondays will showcase favorite moments or events from the past year. These will be highlights that were never covered on the blog during the school year and are worth sharing! We will also have a few parent-contributed favorite moments.
Wednesdays will focus on the present, with summer activity suggestions, SLOCA event reminders, and ideas for families.
Fridays will be teasers for our upcoming school year… get a sneak peek at some of the wonderful things in store for 2014-15!
Down Home will see you in a couple of weeks – Happy Summer Everyone!
