Our Down Home Summer Fridays will feature ideas to help you Pause, because as parents we need to purposefully rest and recharge over the summer so we are energized and ready for a new year of learning together!
Today’s tip may be the simplest, but is perhaps the best: take a nap! Mix it up and try a hammock, or doze on the beach, or how about in your bed WITH pjs… repeat as needed. It's delightfully refreshing and something many of us don't often do during the school year.
