How many times a day do you hear “Mom, can I have a snack?” Some days it’s never-ending! Well, here’s a great tip for solving the snack dilemma: use muffin tins. It's like bento-style lunches, but for snacks. Something a little different, maybe a way to sneak in some healthier snacks along with their favorite treats? You can even put a water bottle or glass of juice in one of the spots.
One parents calls these “Snack Workboxes” and the idea is very similar – you set it up and then it’s done for the day. You can put in what you want them to eat, as well as some goodies that they want to eat. It’s up to you if you make them go in order…
