POSTPONED: This event will take place online, more information to come.
Come get amped for the school year and experience history! This year, we’re going to keep things classy with a lecture series from SLOCA history teacher Sarah Shotwell. We’ll dim the lights and don our black berets for an intellectual evening you don’t want to miss! Want to make it a date night? Bring a bottle of wine, a beer, or a snack to share, and sit back and relax while Sarah takes us on a journey through the late Renaissance and early modern world (thirty years war, English Civil War, and the birth of modernity)! Grab your notebook and a pen, and if you have a cozy folding chair that you love, bring it along. Don’t forget that corkscrew and your reusable cup! We’ll see you Tuesday, March 17th at 6:30pm.
