Welcome back!!! Wow, it sure does feel like winter came on in a hurry. Time to get out those vests and rainboots and trimester two curriculum. We hope you had a refreshing Thanksgiving break and are ready to dive into this new trimester. Our history this week finds us in Mesoamerica meeting another explorer, Hernan Cortes, and the fascinating Aztecs. These Monday Mix-ins that we’ve compiled for you are intended to enrich your homeschool day. However, we understand that sometimes there’s just not enough time in the day to add anything else. The upcoming winter break is the perfect opportunity to go back through and “catch-up” on some mix-ins. Bookmark a few that you think your student(s) would enjoy and use those (hopefully) freer days to explore these resources.
And don’t forget about our History Experience happening tomorrow night, Dec. 3rd. 6:30-8:30 at SLOCA. This is required for parents of students in 1st – 8th grades. See you there!
