Rachel Low, a Thousand Oaks native, earned her B.A. in Global Studies from UCSB. Before joining SLOCA, she spent time as a stay-at-home mom, assisted with her family’s property management business, and even taught stand-up paddleboard lessons. Her connection to SLOCA began in 2020 when her twins started at Little Wonders, and she served on the Safety Team during the 2020–2021 school year. She loves being part of her children’s school community and loves how SLOCA combines learning levels across classes to foster collaboration and growth. When not working, Rachel enjoys hiking with her dog, adventuring with her kids, stand-up paddleboarding, and organizing her home. She finds joy in watching her children navigate challenges, which inspires her to slow down and experience life anew.
