SALUTE! A Tuscan Inspired Event, Benefitting SLO Classical Academy
Nestled among the grapevines, amid the spectacular Central Coast landscape, the stunning CaliPaso venue will be the setting for SLOCA’s 2017 Gala Event and Auction! Found just off of Highway 46 East, this location carries each visitor away from the daily bustle to a Tuscan Villa surrounded by hills, blue skies and the festivities of a welcoming party. Beneath the trees and twinkle lights, this will be an evening to remember.

PhotoAdam Montiel of the Crush Radio station will be the charming guide for the evening. He will kick things off when, upon arrival, guests may purchase a beautiful “Pandora’s Box” in which a mystery awaits. Every Pandora’s Box contains a present valued at $100 minimum — with a few of them being spectacular! (Trip to Mexico, Disneyland, vacation house on the coast). Before dining, there will be a silent dessert auction where guests will compete for the most delectable desserts to procure for their table. In addition to these fun activities, guests will also enjoy an entertaining live-auction which boasts a stay in an Italian Villa in Tuscany, a trip to Costa Rica and many more amazing experiences! The evening will conclude with dancing beneath the stars.

The festivities are not the only reason to attend though! Elegant entrees created specifically for our guests by 5-star Chef Chris Krotke will delight every palate. Each course will be accompanied by award-winning wines and local craft beer brewed right here on the central coast. And for those who don’t want to leave, there are seven spectacular rooms available for an overnight stay through a VIP experience– each one offering an evening of luxury followed with a gourmet breakfast in the morning.
