Here at SLOCA we appreciate the value of culminating activities. Our 12 year tradition of celebrating all we have learned each trimester through History Day is just one example of the connectivity and synergy between subjects and time.
This year we have another, dare we say, mind blowing experience to help our parents solidify their learning of the founding of America: HAMILTON!
That’s right, two prime seats located right up front in the orchestra section at the Orpheum theater in San Francisco for a matinee performance on July 16, 2017. These are impossible to-come-by tickets and we thrilled to have them to offer to our community.
SLOCA will be selling raffle tickets for this once in a lifetime experience beginning April 24th. Raffle tickets are $25/each and are available for purchase in the office or at the SLO Chamber of Commerce visitors’ center downtown. The retail value of this offer is $1,000 and all proceeds are allocated to fund the final month of the 2017 school year here at SLOCA– in your students’ classrooms!
