- 5:15-6:00p: Dinner from Mint + Craft (tasty soups and bread!) with friends. PREORDER BY FRIDAY, 12/3:

- 6:00-7:00pm: Optional Internet Safety Presentation. Guest Presenter and SLOCA parent, Brandy Swain, from the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office, will present information on cyber-bullying, Internet safety (social networking sites, online gaming, and more), and texting/cell phone safety. Learn about existing dangers for children and how to inform and protect them, including resources on security settings that will help you monitor their online activity. Brandy has specialized in many areas of personal security, with the majority of her focus on Youth Internet Safety. She has presented to several communities and parent groups on the subject matter, as well as schools throughout the County from grade levels 5-12. Do not miss this great opportunity.
- 7:15-8:30p: Required History Experience (under the stars!) for parents in 1st-8th grades. Sarah Shotwell will be sharing stories from Greek Mythology, Homeric Greece, and the Bronze Age. The night of the event, please make sure you get checked in for the History Experience part so you receive credit for your attendance.
Please bring a chair, dress warmly, and bring a mobile phone so you can follow along with the slides!
