As hardworking homeschooling parents, life is full and often too busy—multitaskingand over-scheduled activities have become the norm. As we approach winter break and the changing season, let’s pause as we wrap up school and prepare for the holidays.
Sagrada Wellness is offering parents a reflective, self-care morning, a mini Retreat with a Purpose at their yoga retreat center to activate your reset button. Enjoy a morning in nature with peace and quiet, uplifting yoga, and a healthy brunch.
Join fellow parents on December 8th at 9am. The morning will begin with chai tea and coffee before Sagrada Wellness owner and SLOCA dad, Scott Currie, leads you on the Quiet Oaks trail in the breathtaking California native landscape.
Then at 10am, Leslie St John will lead you through a nurturing and inspiring self-care yoga class. Leslie teaches writing at Cal Poly and is a skilled, professional, and fun yoga retreat leader. Once your bodies and minds feel rejuvenated, share a family-style brunch followed by a homemade gluten-free dessert.
