SLOCA began in a garage with 11 students and a big idea: that education should do more than teach facts. It should form character, inspire wonder, and prepare students to contribute meaningfully to the world around them.
What began as a bold experiment has grown into a thriving academy serving hundreds of students from kindergarten through high school. Families partner with us, students discover joy in learning, and together we’re redefining what education can be.
For nearly a decade, SLOCA’s elementary program has been housed in a leased space. While this location has served us well, our lease is ending—and our growing student body needs a permanent home. Without it, future families may not have access to the life-changing education SLOCA provides.
