2023-24: Trimester 2

As a reminder, Trimester 2 Progress Reports are a different process than trimester 1 and 3. You will complete your electronic copy and then bring the completed Progress Report Packet to your conference with your student’s teacher. Do not turn anything into the office.

Wednesday, February 28 is the deadline (for both tracks) to complete the Parent Progress Report and Student Self-Reflection Form. It is important that you meet this deadline, as your teacher will be reviewing them before they complete their teacher progress report and meet with you at conferences.

We will be doing the Parent Progress Reports in Google Forms again. Please review the cover sheet carefully—the links to everything you need are on this page. 

  1. Print the Cover Sheet (same cover sheet for all levels) and review carefully
  2. Complete the Parent Progress Report google form for your student’s level and print the email you receive with your answers upon submission.
  3. Ensure your student completes their Student Self Reflection google form (either independently or with your assistance depending on their level). Print the email you receive with your student’s answers upon submission.
  4. Complete the Parent Survey (one per family).
  5. UMS students complete the Community Service Form.
  6. Put your Progress Report packet together—do not staple together, please use paper clips or binder clips:
    • Cover sheet
    • Parent Progress Report
    • Student Self Reflection Form
    • Work Samples listed on cover sheet
    • (For UMS students) Community Service Form
  7. Bring the complete packet with you to the teacher conference.

Wednesday, November 8 (Track A) & Thursday, Thursday 9 (Track B) is the deadline to complete your Checklist, Parent Progress Report, Community Service Report (for UMS students), and the Parent Survey. It is important that you meet this deadline, as your teacher will be reviewing them before they complete their teacher progress report.
