Middle School Art Teacher + Videographer

Josh Ronda, SLOCA’s self-described “video dude,” grew up in Arroyo Grande, California, and graduated with a B.A. in Art and Design from Cal Poly with a concentration in Graphic Design. Few, however, can match his SLOCA credentials, which span over a decade: Josh matriculated at the lower school during its earliest days and graduated from SLOCA High School in 2016, earning the respect of the SLOCA faculty, staff, and students; writing impressive papers on Moby-Dick; and making us all laugh a lot along the way. Josh can be found around town hiking, exploring, or shopping at the dollar store. And as an aspiring luthier, he would like to one day build his own guitar (a project SLOCA’s woodshop elective has occasionally undertaken!).
