Lower Middle School Teacher

Julia grew up in Danville, California and received a BA in History, though she is also working on her MA in Education at Brandman University. A recent alumnus of SLOCA happened to be a cousin of Julia’s and his enthusiasm and love for the school sparked her interest and opened her eyes to the amazing community SLOCA had to offer. As someone with experience working at another Classical School (the Athenian School in Danville), Julia brings her passion for History and love for learning to the classroom (and the world around it – she leads the Outdoor Expedition program too!) Julia would love to master plant identification in her journey to expand her knowledge about the environment around us.
