Intermediate Full Time Learning Leader

Will grew up in the Bay Area of California. He earned his B.S. In Business Administration and Marketing at Saint Mary’s College and worked in education throughout college. After finishing school, he continued to work as a summer camp director and enrichment class teacher before joining SLOCA in the fall of 2021 as the Learning Leader for the Intermediate Full Time Program. He felt so privileged receiving the education that he did and wanted to work at a school that afforded students similar opportunities. SLOCA aligned with that goal and mirrored many of the same values he holds in his educational approach. The threads woven between every subject ,whether it be math and history or science and literature, allows the students to fully immerse themselves in the material and develop deep, everlasting connections with the subjects they are studying. Will greatly appreciates the way Classical Education ignites an extreme passion for learning and exploring. In addition to his love of learning, he love sports and is usually either playing or watching some sort of sporting event. If he has a few free days, then he is probably headed out to go camping! As the child of two teachers, the value and fun of learning was instilled into my core character at a young age. He’s hoping one day that attitude leads him to the learning of a new language!
