This is not a 2-week commitment; you can sign up for both weeks or just one.
Age: going into 1st grade-4th grade
Join us for our NEW camp, where students will wander the United States, exploring other places with wonder, interactive play, crafts, recipes, literature, and more! Students will learn more about our country through fun projects such as an exploding volcano in Hawaii, constructing the Erie Canal, cooking grits in the South, and more.
Important Location Information for 1st-8th Grade Camps:
This summer, our camps for 1st-8th grade will be hosted at SLOCA High School while our lower school supplies are transitioned to our new campus. To make the most of this season, we are offering optional off-campus lunch outings to local playgrounds in San Luis Obispo. Camp staff will safely transport students to and from the parks during the lunch break.
Families who prefer their child to remain on campus may opt out of off-campus lunches. In this case, students will enjoy supervised outdoor play using a variety of games and equipment on the high school campus.

MORE SUMMER CAMPS…
June 15th-19th/June 22nd-26th: Lego + Makerspace (1st-6th Grade)
Using LEGO® builds, robotics, and SLOCA’s Makerspace, students will develop problem-solving skills and an engineering mindset through hands-on exploration.
July 6th-10th/July 13th-17th: Adventure Camp/Fun in the Sun (1st-6th Grade)
Off-site adventure every day exploring nature and the various geographical landscapes.
July 20th-24th/July 27th-31st: Musical Theater Camp (3rd-8th Grade)
This 2-week course introduces students to various elements and principles used in the process of theater production and appreciation of theater arts.
